M Services GmbH obtains license as SRO regulated Swiss Professional Financial Intermediary

We are happy to share, that M Services GmbH is as of 2021 authorized by FINMA to operate as Swiss Professional Financial intermediary as a member of Self-Regulatory Organisation (PolyReg).

What does this mean for our partners and customers? It means that M Services GmbH is officially recognized, qualified and adheres to the proper business practices when conducting transactions on behalf of the clients and with the partners.

Our mandates comply with FINMA requirements and we are aware of the verification procedures that need to be followed in order to meet the standards set out in the AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Act).

As a Swiss SRO-licensed business organization, M Services GmbH enjoys a good reputation with regard to its activities as financial intermediary and offers guarantees for the fulfillment of its obligations under FINMA.
